PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Psychologist in Private Practice, since fall of 2003. Trained and experienced in providing psychotherapy services to adults, couples, children, adolescents and their families. Provide treatment for depression, anxiety, behavioral and emotional problems in children and adolescents, life adjustment problems, marital conflict, parent-child conflict, stress, grief issues, abuse, and most other major mental health issues. Provided the behavioral management component to the Fit Families program through Norman Regional Hospital, an intervention program for overweight children and their families.
Clinic Director, University of Oklahoma Counseling Psychology Clinic, a training clinic for graduate programs in counseling psychology. June 2001- June 2004. Supervised graduate students in their training to become therapists, taught doctoral practicum seminar, supervised masters-level interns, managed clinic staff, and coordinated with faculty. Directed operations of a large training clinic, which served adults and children for therapy and psychological testing. Clinic provided training for approximately 40 counselors and psychological services over 500 individuals and families per year.
Postdoctoral Fellowship, University of Oklahoma Counseling Psychology Program.
